The My InCharge Portal gives you access to your Vattenfall InCharge charging data at any time*. Track current and past charging processes, manage the user rights for different people using your charging box, keep the overview of your active charging card(s) and create personal dashboards for even better insights.
First steps — My InCharge Portal
*Please note that you can only log in to the My InCharge Portal once you have ordered a charging card. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with an activation link to activate your My InCharge Portal account.
1. Login
Log in to the My InCharge Portal with your personal access data. We will send your login data by email once your charging box has been activated.
2. Overview
Once you have logged in to the portal, you will automatically see statistics for your charging station(s) and/or charging card(s) and charging data from the past 30 days. In order to receive detailed information, click on the relevant tab in the main menu.
The menu bar will vary. If you do not own at least one charging station, the “Stations” menu item will not be displayed.
3. Widget Manager
You can adjust your home view at any time. The individual widgets are updated regularly so that new features will automatically become available. Click on “Manage widgets” to add or remove widgets or to get an overview.
4. My stations
“My stations” includes your charging station(s). If you own several stations, you can search and filter them here. You also have the option to rename your station(s). In order to receive detailed information, click on the relevant charging station.
5. My cards
“My cards” includes your charging card(s). If you own several cards, you can search and filter them here. In order to receive detailed information, click on the relevant charging card.
6. Reports
This is the usage overview for your station/s so you can see the average figure made up of charging time and kWh per day. Using the download function, you can download selected statistics in Excel format.
7. Charging card statistics
Keep the overview of your charging card(s) and how many kWh you have charged per card or in total. Using the download function, you can download a summary report in Excel format.
8. Access management
In the “Whitelist” tab, you can configure who can have access to your charging station(s). In order to add new users, add the number of the relevant charging card, then click “Add”. You can easily identify at all times which charging cards are linked to your charging station(s) and you can remove them if required by using the “Delete” menu item.
