Charging with the "InCharge Key" charging card
Order your free charging card now
Please complete the order form to receive your free "InCharge Key". Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with an activation link to unlock your My InCharge Portal account. Please note that you can only log in to the My InCharge Portal if you have activated your account beforehand.
Charge your electric car in 5 steps
- Plug the charging cable into your electric car and into the charging station.
- Hold your "InCharge Key" charging card against the card reader of the charging station to start the charging process.
- The charging station will now charge your electric car.
- Hold your "InCharge Key" charging card against the card reader again to cancel the charging process.
- The charging process is now finished. You can remove the charging cable again.
Prices in the roaming network
Since 01 July, you can charge at Vattenfall charging stations at a price of
39 ct/kWh (AC) or 59 ct/kWh (DC)*.
Prices at our partners charging stations may differ. To check current prices on each charging station please visit the Vattenfall InCharge App. The billing model for refuelling electricity is always based on one of the rates shown below, or a combination thereof, throughout the network.

*The reduced VAT (from 19% to 16%) is already included in the prices and rounded to four decimal places. In the InCharge app and on the invoice, the changed prices will be displayed with commercially correct prices.
